Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
